Sources of Silica

Between heaven and earth, the source of silica is very extensive.

First, in the mountains and rivers, many rocks are rich in silica. The towering mountains have undergone hundreds of millions of years of geological changes, and all kinds of rocks blend with each other. Granite, which contains a lot of silica, is formed by high temperature melting, condensation and crystallization in the depths of the earth's crust, and silica exists in it. Furthermore, sandstone is also an important source of silica. Sand grains have been deposited and cemented for a long time, and silica has been polymerized in it, becoming one of the sources of silica.

Second, there are traces of silica in rivers, lakes and seas. Rivers are rushing, carrying sand and gravel from the mountains, many of which are silica particles. Water flow carries and deposits in the middle and lower reaches. In the lake, during the circulation of water bodies, siliceous substances gradually converge. The ocean is vast, and there are many plankton, and their cell walls contain siliceous components. After the death of organisms, their bodies sink to the bottom of the sea. Over the years, siliceous matter accumulates and becomes a source of silica through geological processes.

Third, volcanic activity also creates opportunities for silica. Volcanoes erupt, and hot magma erupts. Magma is rich in a variety of minerals, of which silica is dispersed with the eruption. After volcanic ash falls, it is weathered and eroded, and silica remains in the surrounding environment, becoming another source.

The source of silica is either hidden in mountains and rivers, or hidden in waters, or originates from volcanoes. Heaven and earth are created, so that it takes root everywhere in the world and is used by all things.
